“Cider House Rules”

The novel written by John Irving was adapted to a stage play by Peter Parnell. The UNCSA production included both parts 1 and 2, for a roughly 6-hour play.

I was the Production Manager on this project. My role focused on project budget, keeping the master calendar, and facilitating communication between teams.

We encountered a communication issue which resulted in an additional piece being built for the set. I helped to navigate the conflict, and request additional funding and shop hours from the faculty.
